About the Role:
AS Software is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is a critical part of our go-to-market strategy, focused on generating and qualifying leads for our clinical software, image management, and structured reporting solutions. As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers, driving engagement and creating opportunities for our sales team. Responsibilities:Â
- Identify and research prospective healthcare providers, including sonographers, imaging managers, and clinical decision-makers Â
- Drive daily prospecting activities and identify opportunities to sell AS Software ultrasound reporting solutionsÂ
- Qualify prospects based on fit and need, identify pain points, and schedule meetings for Account ExecutivesÂ
- Effectively communicate AS Software’s value proposition and address common objectionsÂ
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, conversations, and lead progress in SalesforceÂ
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategiesÂ
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and keep them engaged throughout the sales processÂ

Requirements:Â
- Ability to maintain a high volume of calls, emails, and outreach activities dailyÂ
- 2+ years of experience exceeding targets as a BDRÂ
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare or SaaS salesÂ
- 1+ year of experience working with SalesforceÂ

Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceÂ
- Familiarity with Gong or other conversation intelligence toolsÂ
- Prior exposure to sonography, ultrasound, or radiology environmentsÂ
