About the Role: 

As a Clinical Solutions Manager at AS Software, you will be at the intersection of clinical expertise and product innovation. As a Clinical Solutions Manager at AS Software, you will… 

  • Bridge Clinical Insight and Product Development: Leverage your clinical expertise to ensure our products are aligned with the real-world needs of healthcare providers.
  • Drive Innovation: Lead the creation and enhancement of products that directly address clinical requirements and improve patient outcomes.
  • Customer Advocate: Serve as the voice of the clinician, ensuring their needs and challenges are central to all product decisions.
  • Collaborative Leader: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and client services to ensure product strategies are cohesive and effective.
  • Healthcare Visionary: Apply your clinical and technical knowledge to shape product features that are both innovative and clinically sound.
  • Outcome-Focused: Use data and feedback from the field to continuously refine products, aiming for high satisfaction and measurable clinical impact. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Champion clinical excellence throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring every product decision meets the highest standards of clinical utility and compliance.
  • Influence product prioritization by providing clinical input that aligns with strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Review and refine product documentation and training materials, ensuring clinical accuracy and best practices.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap, collaborating with product managers to define and prioritize clinical features and long-term strategies.
  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert, guiding R&D and ensuring product innovation aligns with clinical requirements.
  • Support product launches, particularly those with significant clinical components, ensuring alignment with clinical expectations.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and the Clinical Advisory Group to ensure product positioning and development meet clinical efficacy standards.

Education & Experience: 

  • RDMS certification required; must possess excellent knowledge of the technical and clinical aspects of diagnostic ultrasound.
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct clinical ultrasound experience in MFM, OB/GYN, General Imaging, and/or Vascular.
  • Experience with AS Software, GE ViewPoint, or other leading structured reporting ultrasound solutions.
  • Business acumen and software experience preferred; roles involving decision-making, strategic planning, or cross-functional collaboration with a focus on software solutions are a strong plus.
