An encounter is divided into several sections:

Every lab result can be viewed by test group, in chronological batches,
or alphabetical order.
Tests also can be selected in order to show previous results of
the same tests.
Additionally, the Lab Analysis screen
provides a graphical view of the results in two distinguished formats:

The Questionnaire Guideline Wizard is a special, built-in
tool which is activated upon problem existence, that will launch a
series of investigative questions related to the problem.
This process will automatically document the problem and initiate a
treatment plan and orders. For example, if the physician has diagnosed
diabetes, the system will prompt for Type I, II or gestational diabetes.
Next, the system will prompt for Insulin or diet management.
Subsequently, the system will prompt for level of control.
|
|

 |
|
At the end of this process the system will document the diagnosis with
the detailed information and will recommend a plan and orders for
follow-up.
